Registry Services
Registry services provides access to the non-oauth2.0 protected services which are the guest view of the registry. Services include:

This service provides a guest view of the registry by last name and first name |
| Retrieve by ID V2 |
This service returns a guest view of the registry when a request is made by registry id. |
